We are excited to announce our $2.25M Series Seed financing to help businesses implement technology the right way. This round is led by Indicator Ventures and continued support from Craft Ventures. Other new investors include Dash Fund, Hack VC, Dan Wright (President at DataRobot), Jon Runyan (GC at Okta), and many others.

This new financing will help Scope continue vendor partner growth and the expansion of our expert marketplace to serve more businesses as we continue our mission to connect businesses who need expertise with experts to solve their technology problems.

Experts to close the technical gap

Today, every business needs to be tech enabled or fear being left behind. Unfortunately, most businesses either don’t have the talent or the capacity to implement these technologies impacting the ability for software vendors to get them onboarded. At Scope, we believe that by connecting people we can bring every business into the 21st century and get them implemented the right way.

Using Scope, software companies can offer professional services to their customers through a global expert marketplace of on-demand freelancers and agencies. Companies like Salesforce, Workday, and Oracle have leveraged partner ecosystems to grow their professional services allowing them to become the institutions they are today. With Scope, every software company can now leverage the power of a partner ecosystem using the Scope expert marketplace to scale growth.

With an expert ecosystem your customers will get live quicker and implement your software correctly, reducing churn and increasing your total addressable market.

How Argyle's co-Founder and CEO, Shmulik Fishman describes working with Scope,

"Argyle provides companies access to consumer-permissioned employment data in real-time to help them make better credit decisions. By partnering with Scope, we’re able to better serve our customers by offering a white glove solution to streamline their implementation process. This allows non-technical or resource-constrained companies to go live with Argyle faster. We look forward to expanding our relationship with Scope.”

A few of our Vendor Partners

Square - Scope helps SMB restaurants and food service companies get online with Online Store, allowing them to accept payments and online ordering.

Plaid - Scope bridges the gap for Plaid’s non-technical customers to integrate their user’s financial data.

Argyle - Scope makes it dead simple for customers to get up and running using Argyle’s best in class employment verification API.

An ecosystem and software to manage it all

The Scope Platform provides a complete toolset for connecting your customers to Scope experts and tracking projects to success. Allowing customers to match with an expert, communicate requirements, stay in contact, as well as settle contracts and payments.

As easy as a click of button

Scope provides software vendors with an easy to embed “Get Expert” button to match customers to the right expert. Vendors implement this on their website or in their product where customers might be seeking help.

Transparency like never before

Outsourcing implementation work to third-parties without a system to track and manage limits a company's ability to scale and ensure lasting implementations. The Scope platform provides customers and experts with a seamless way to contract and pay while giving vendors a real-time view of their customer’s project to ensure success.

Thank you!

We want to thank all of our amazing colleagues, vendor partners, and investors who continue to work with us to support our mission to connect businesses who need expertise with experts to solve their problems.
