Head of Growth Marketing

Responsibilities
  • Drive audience sizing, spend allocation, budget optimization, cadence, channel mix and overall prioritization of all paid campaigns
  • Optimize spend to deliver ROI and setup reporting on LTV, ROAS etc.
  • Build and define the A/B testing framework to drive ongoing campaign optimization
  • Be responsible for weekly, monthly reporting cadence
  • Identify new channel, placement and other opportunities to drive brand, product, and growth objectives
  • Build and optimize marketing and sales funnel
What we're looking for
  • BA/BS degree
  • 7+ years relevant work experience, with at least 2 years managing media, paid ads and managing multi-million dollar spend levels.
  • Experience working with marketing, product, sales and engineering leadership
  • Quantitative analytical experience and communication skills
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Experience in online marketing, ad operations, analytics, customer relationship management, and/or strategy consulting
  • Memelord a plus
