Sales Development Representative

Help build a sales strategy from the ground up, all while interacting with the world's top software companies

  1. First SDR: You'll be the first SDR at Scope so the world is your oyster. Given our recent inflection point in product market fit, we've decided to scale our business and take it to the next level.
  2. Build and scale a marketplace: Our platform connects software companies who need implementation help to experts best suited to those projects. The challenges that come with building and scaling a marketplace are why we're hiring smart individuals like yourself.
  3. Wear many hats: We all collaborate to get the job done. It's not uncommon to think through product features, business models, and marketing all in the same day.
What will you do as an SDR at Scope?
  • Your job will be to source software companies like Twilio, Square and Plaid
  • Generate meetings with the right people using tools like Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Our ideal customer profile (ICP) are Customer Success, Partnerships, and Sales depending on company size and structure
  • Ideate, implement, and iterate on various outbound strategies
  • Develop frameworks and ideologies on best practices for scaling a sales team beyond yourself
What we're looking for
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to make decisions independently
  • Someone who has faced adversity in their life and triumphed
  • Competitive individuals: former athletes, chess wizzes, etc. If you hate losing and have aggressive goals for your career, then this is the right role for you
  • An entrepreneurial nature
  • 1 year of B2B SaaS experience (exceptions can be made for the right candidate)
