Account suspension

Scope considers account suspensions in the following circumstances:

Circumvention: Scope experts are not allowed to take project contracts and payments off-platform. When contracts or payments are managed outside of Scope, we cannot provide dedicated project mediation or resolve payment disputes. If asked to handle a project off of the Scope platform, please reach out to support@scopeinc.com.

Lack of communication: If you don't respond to multiple opportunities or do not follow up with customers consistently, Scope will work with you to identify the appropriate next steps.
