Creating a proposal

  1. Chat with the customer to clarify any outstanding questions and technical requirements.

  1. When you are ready submit a proposal for the project, clicking into the Proposal tab.

  • Briefly describe the solution that you plan on implementing by listing your intended deliverables.
  • Enter your best estimate of the total number of hours the project will take to complete.
  • Enter a range of the total project cost.
  • Note: This information is meant to be early estimates to help guide the project to the contract phase where you will finalize cost and time estimates.
  1. Click Send to customer.

Best practices:

  • Submit your proposal as soon as possible to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • This is an early estimate and should be a starting point for the project. You will discuss additional details with the customer to confirm the contract details in the next stage
